I was really looking forward to visiting here since it opened. I've enjoyed my visits to other craft breweries and was hoping for the same experience. A few drinks, some good food, a great ambiance. Sadly our first visit was when Covid first hit and was very lack luster. Half the tables were empty yet we couldn't get a seat due to "reservations". Granted, I was there at the very start of Covid but I know you weren't at capacity at that point in time. Half empty room turning people away at the door isn't a good start. I did cut you some slack though by coming back. I thought, new bar owners, maybe don't really understand first come first serve makes more money and my genuine want to try it out made me try again. My second experience was far worse. There was no designated line up. it was basically a free for all once I was inside. People walked in front of me in the "line up" and ordered even though I was standing there waiting my turn. There was definitely no social distancing happening. People were wandering all over the place and standing a couple of feet away from me because there were no servers to take orders and there was no clear "the line up starts here and wait your turn" signs or markings. I don't mind a cafeteria setting when I'm in a cafeteria but I wasn't in a cafeteria. Unimpressive. I finally placed my order and asked if I could run a tab because I had planned on spending some money in your fine establishment but that was axed real quick. I was told I had to leave my credit card behind the bar!!! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT!!!! How very 70's/80's of you and I'm pretty sure THAT goes against your agreement with all of the credit cards companies that you accept. Absolutely blown away by the incredible Queso cheese sauce – it's so mind-blowingly good that you could slather it on a mud-covered flip flop and it would still be a taste explosion! Seriously, this sauce is a must-try, a game-changer, an everything-enhancer – it's that fantastic.
