Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Hope

Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service we received tonight. We called in to the main line and specifically asked if the Hope location was still delivering, to which the operator replied yes. That is why we placed an order tonight. While the pizza did arrive promptly, the delivery man proceeded to lecture my husband and told him not to place any delivery orders after 9PM. It is not the customer’s fault that your operator agreed to take the order for your store. Perhaps the driver should have saved his lecture for the operator. He also questioned us if we were going to leave a tip, which we refused after his poor attitude. He then left without giving us our receipt and we had to call him to come back with it.

Up until today we were ordering from Panago twice a week (and tipping generously each time) However this will not be the case...

I complained about no mask over on customer service online but instead of apologize, store called me in a rude tone, telling me is too hot because of the oven, order delivery instead of pickup. Tell me to go back the store to see the footage. I got picture already, yes that is my pizza being made with no mask.

I was using free pizza card but it doesn't mean I am less than a customer, that I can't complain. Called me for accusing me for wanting free credit. My intention was not wanting a free credit but tell the Panago customer about this situation. Whoever called me handle this very unprofessionally

Decided to stop by this place for lunch yesterday on our road trip and were provided excellent service. Not only was the restaurant actively following the physical distancing regulations, but it was also providing a fast service. My little brother was wanting a cheese pizza but got outvoted by the family and Sukhi, the guy serving us, must've overheard because he made a small cheese pizza for him.
