The Tree Hugger-Wellness Bar — Restaurant in Hope

Was super excited to try this place out, but unfortunately the woman working, who I assume was the owner was unfriendly, extremely rude and more interested in texting than serving us. We got our order to go and then sat down to very briefly check our map before leaving and took a few bites of our food. Despite being the only customers in the shop, she came over tapped on our table told us that tables were for eat in customers only and that there was no garbage disposal available to us. We were absolutely shocked. I have never experienced anything like this before. Our kids were still sleeping and we had planned on bringing them in for breakfast later on after they woke up, but I will never step foot in this place again after being made to feel...

We came to this place today as it had a high rating, but I do NOT recommend visiting here. The customer service was awful. The blonde-haired waitress did not look happy working there, and her negative energy was present in her tone of voice and facial expressions. We ordered two paninis and an acai bowl, but they did not have any panini breads when we went in the morning. The sandwiches were on a slice of rye bread, VERY TINY, and the salad had spinaches that went bad. The sauce for the salad also tasted like oil that had been left for years, so we only had one bite as it was inedible. Would not go...

I stopped by Tree Hugger Cafe after a camping trip in the area and was drawn in by a smoothie on the menu called ‘Soul’ I just had to try it! The customer service was absolutely wonderful, and the shop had so many cool little products to browse through. They even had samples of candied pecans, which were delicious! The smoothie was fantastic, and the warm, cozy ambiance made it such a great stop. I would 1000% recommend checking this place out if you're passing through Hope. Perfect spot for a snack or quick...
