DO NOT EAT HERE! At least not if you want your order right. The service is TERRIBLE!! I placed an order for take out, and was very specific about my order, got home, and discovered missing items. When I returned to the store, after wasting my time and gas, all they had for me was the bare basic of my missing items, and nothing to make up for the trouble they had caused, because according to them, they took my order right, even though I made sure to specify. They were completely unapologetic and didn't even care that they had screwed up, because "they had done it right." I wish I could say this was a one time occurrence, but unfortunately not. If you want what you ordered, without wasting time, and being told you didn't order what you ordered, don't eat here. There are 2 other great sushi places in town, and are much more worth your...

I would put 0 if possible, couldn’t even answer the phone for 15 minutes, went into store to put in an order and there was only 2 tables with occupants. We were told the wait time would be 40 minutes but with 2 customers standing looking extremely upset waiting for their orders, we came back an hour later to be safe. As we were there a young woman was asking about her order that she ordered at 6:00 pm, it wss 645 at this time. She said I was told it would be 20 minutes( keep in mind it’s 45 minutes later when she ordered) the lady then said it would be 30min till her order would be ready, she cancelled and walked out.

Terrible service, only thing good is the rolls are pretty large. This was the first time I haven’t tipped in about 10 years…....

At restaurant for nearly 2 hours. Took 1 hour to get our food. Miso soup and green tea barely warm, main dishes were warm, appeared to be sitting for awhile. When walking into the restaurant the server was complaining about being the only server there, I noticed it was very busy in the reataurant. By the time we were seated the restaurant got quieter. We were the last ones there. When leaving our server had left before checking on us. Cook had to come out to give the bill. Last year when we went to this restaurant the food and service was amazing.
