Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jasper Place

i came to get some dinner for my boyfriend and i after a long day of working and running around. i spent about $50 which i know is not a lot to some but it being around the holidays, gas prices and me being a young adult that is quite a bit to me. the pizza was raw, looked like soup, the stuffed crust cheese was frozen, it looked like a cheese string was just stuffed in there(not melted what so ever) i had already driven home and gotten comfortable. i called about 16 times beifre someone had picked up, they said i could come pick up a new one. so i drove another 15 minutes back there. i brought the “pizza” looked like actual soup. they didn’t offer me any sort of refund or any sort of free item for the half hour of driving or the inconvenience. they were rude and said “would u like me to burn it” like no i don’t want it over cooked i just want it cooked. i could have just went and bought a $7 frozen pizza from walmart and it would have been better then that. very bad...

Walked in for a pepperoni hot and ready pizza. The guy was quick and handed me one right away with no problems. I walked to my car to check it out, and the pizza was probably sitting out for a long time as it was dry and hard when eating. Also, the crust looked like someone smashed it in or something. I don't know if I pissed the guy off or something, but normally, this location does better than this. I took the Pic when I got into my car. I added 2 stars because the guy did get me a pizza fast, and it is a cheap pizza, but this was very Subpar for what they usually give me. I even tipped a dollar more, so maybe it was my tip? Was here ordering a pizza, a couple of drunk guys were in the restaurant the employee was all by herself and was too scared to say anything which I don't blame her she was alone working in the store, they were smoking in the store and everything. So I waited for my pizza, once I got my pizza she then explained to me that she was going to lock the door behind me incase he came back, and let any other customers inside. She was shaking when she handed me my pizza I felt bad for her did not know what to do. Hope the owner of this establishment reads this, I think you should have at least two people working at all times. Employees and the pizza...
