Visiting Candy Cane Lane was such a fun holiday outing! It’s a long stretch of houses on 148th Street (92nd to 100th Ave) where the neighbors go all out with lights and decorations. Walking down the lane felt so festive, there’s something magical about seeing all the creativity and effort people put into their displays. We loved the cozy, cheerful vibe. Walking is definitely the best way to take it all in, and I’d suggest going on a weekday if you want to avoid big crowds.

Visited this place multiple times in the past, and it remains a favorite. The warm weather this year attracted a lot of visitors, making parking a bit challenging, but the overall experience was still delightful. Enjoyed the need to park and walk, adding to the charm of the location. Looking forward to more visits in the future!

I visited there on Christmas and it was spectacular. All the decorations were worth the walk on the snow. Highly recommend to visit there on Christmas holidays

Most of this rating is because I have my memories as a child in the '80s and seeing every house lit up and full with every tree lit to the nines and decorations looked amazing. These days like a lot of other people say it really looks like every other neighborhood. Now that Christmas lights and inflatables and decorations are common, it really doesn't have any special touch anymore. There is no way it'll ever go back to the way it was but with the city not helping and those who lived in the neighborhood when it started no longer being there, This tradition is going to...

A GREAT free event that is put on entirely by the residents of the Crestwood community. They organize and come together to create a magical experience for young and old throughout our city. We did the sleigh ride this year as well that and the proceeds pay for the extra items each year on the lane like having the pine trees that are 40 feet tall light up strung with lights. We went twice this year and loved it both times. Thank you to all the residents who decorate, celebrate, shovel (daily sometimes) and provide a magical experience for others to enjoy. We...

No tickets needed. Walk or take a vehicle to see lights on candy cane lane. Lots of interesting and beautiful designs including santa, minions, mickey mouse, snoopy, reindeer owls, wolves, bunnies, a bridge with mistletoe, candycane kisses booth to take a picture with your loved ones, or a projector to sit and watch a christmas movie. Family oriented and lots of fun. Go on a sleigh ride, drink hot chocolate, eat popcorn, bonfires and a couple of food trucks including donuts. Recommend using the washrooms before coming here for a walk as portable...
