It's been suggested to me that I should write my reviews on Google rather than just on my personal social media.
I have lived near this particular McDonald's for the past 16 years, I mainly use the drive-thu on my way home. It's also just a few blocks away for those days I don't want to cook. The service at this location is consistently really bad from missing food, dead fries, dried up old chicken burgers, incorrect orders, no ketchup, no spoon, no napkins, no straws and employees socializing with their friends while my food gets cold at the drive-thu. Well some months ago I finally had enough. I have written in about this location a number of times but nothing seems to be getting done to improve the service here. I used to eat at McDonald's enough to know that this location falls way short of the franchise standards in quality and accurate service.

I should thank the McDonald's that is closest to my house for their consistent poor service. I used to go there a minimum of once a week to grab a quick convenient bite. I haven't eaten there in over 6 months and during that time, I have had McD's maybe 5-6 times in other cities, way shy of my usual consumption. Just now I had the hankerin for a Big Mac but I did a u-turn at my door and made a Sandwich instead because I remembered my boycott. So with that said I say "Thank you and good riddance McBloaters!"

   Read moreThe young Asian girl handing out take out orders placed today (11/08/2025) at 6:31:07PM needs a stern talking to by management if they want good customer service and competent employees. We ordered online and she passes it out without a bag. I hand her $25 for a bag and asked her to bring the food inside while she bags it to keep it warm, she ignores me and is holding the $0.25 not doing anything, Im like ummmm okay your holding my money bag it please!!!!! And she continues to bag it slowly while the food is sitting on their outside counter, I ask her to bring it in again while she bags it, she ignores me AGAIN. We have the food bagged in the car. I say again to her that she should bring the food inside while bagging it so it doesnât get cold, she literally just looks at me and ignores me again. What type of customer service is this?    Read moreI had went to this location for dinner and it was noticably busy, there was some families with children and some older folks as well. I used The electronic Menu to order my food and that was working fine. My food was slapped together (sauce everywhere and just clearly in a rush) and the quality of food was quite low, somewhat stale bun, dry meat on the 1/4 Burger. But overall for McDonald's I can't expect too much. However. The atmosphere was absolutely ridiculous. There was a homeless man just laying there taking up multiple spaces and virtually cleared a whole section. I was appalled as this was the first thing I saw when I walked in. Then throughout my stay I had to listen to this man scream, yell & cuss the whole time. Remember there are kids maybe 8-12 years of age that do not need to be exposed to this. After I finished my meal I asked a few folks if the staff had done anything to intervene or get the proper authority involved and to my surprise had heard he had been there for over an hour!
