Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jasper Place

Heard that this is one of the few Pizza Hut locations that don't skimp on toppings, but was sorely disappointed. Maybe because I ordered on a weekend instead of a weekday?

The speed of receiving my order was very good, which is why I left a two star review instead of one, but unfortunately, I can't say the same for the food. I ordered a pizza with double cheese, but the amount of mozzarella on my pizza was shameful. There were spots in the middle of the pizza where there was absolutely no cheese whatsoever. It's close to three dollars for "double cheese", but they must just pocket the money.

I also ordered bread sticks which were sorely lacking, as well. It seemed like no seasoning was added to them. I'm starting to think that the Pizza Hut of the 80s that I grew up loving is no more. At least Dominoes seems to give you the toppings that you order, so I think I will be sticking with them for the time being. Pro-tip for students, you can get 50% off Dominoes pizza if you're a university student using the coupon code 'uni'. Better than overpaying for Pizza Hut and having them...

This particular Pizza Hut is just “meh” ... It’s the closest one to my house so I have had plenty of experience ordering from here… Unfortunately, for every one good experience I have five bad ones… The most annoying part of it all is that they are so stingy on the toppings. Also, thankfully I got the pepperoni lovers because I can’t imagine just ordering a pepperoni pizza… I might only get five pieces of pepperoni… I expect a pepperoni lovers to be completely covered in pepperoni... such a disappointment-I may have to try...

One Rude costumer service - We got bacon pieces in my veg pizza one time and other time missed the dip from package. When asked for feed back through the email I mentioned the same and got a call back from store apologizing for what has happened and they offered $20 credit to use for next time. Yesterday when we went back to take the veg pizza again and mentioned about their call last time and that we were offered $20 credit, they told us that there is no credit as such showing on the account. Then the person’s attitude got changed and started looking and acting with attitude by putting pizza on the counter with force and attitude face as if we were claiming for a free pizza for no reason. It’s not like we are unable to pay for the food, we just mentioned the same thing we were offered by them. We had been to this store so many times as it’s closest to where we live but this kind of attitude towards customers and their approach is not right. We don’t feel comfortable anymore to...
