Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Edmonton

Hey guys. I hate to leave a bad review for you but I’m just so frustrated. I’ve been to this location around 10 times in the past 2 months. Almost every time, something about my order wasn’t what I ordered and paid for. I understand it’s busy and stressful and we are all humans and make mistakes, but nearly each time I visit I’m disappointed and annoyed. The first couple of times I just carried on and didn’t really think much about it besides the initial disappointment. But many times, and it’s starting to get upsetting now. For example, today I went to get lunch and got a BLT on a bagel and asked and paid for cream cheese. There was none. Just dry bread with the ingredients on it. I also work hard at my job to provide good quality service for my clients, and I chose to spend that money here and I’m consistently let down and ripped off. I get that it’s not that big of a deal, it’s just cream cheese. But it’s more about the principle. I used to work at Tim hortons years ago so I get that it’s possible to make mistakes sometimes, but cmon guys it’s not an overly complicated job. Please ensure you guys are reading the orders carefully and checking for substitutions or modifications on the monitors to get your customers what they asked for, especially if there’s an additional charge. I go to a lot of Tim Hortons all over town, buy the same things all the time and see amazing service. This location? Rudest staff I have ever dealt with and my drink was poorly made. They were out of XL cups for roll up the rim, I asked if I could just have one of the other cups so I could still do it (it’s a fun thing right why not) even offered to pay for the cup. Gave me soooo much attitude, said they’d just take my drink back and put it in the smaller cup instead? Like no I paid for the XL and I want more not less, again said if it’s a big deal I’d just pay for the smaller cup, then they said they have to out coffee in it, I said I don’t want anything in it I just want the cup I don’t really care how the charge it. Finally roll their eyes and hand me the cup after I pay, then say “well hope you win then.” Totally unnecessary attitude. It’s soemthing fun that my daughter loves to do when I finish my drink, and I didn’t mind BUYING a second cup for her to still enjoy the fun, but did not appreciate that attitude. Went there around 11:40 -11-: 44. There was some Indian lady working there, at first we took at couple of minutes to figure out our order since there was no line so we figured no big deal, then as soon as we ordered she seemed annoyed and stressed that we took our time, then I had to repeat my order because I seen she typed it in wrong and she deliberately ignored me. So I drove to the window angry and I noticed she had her AirPods in one ear and noticed she was on a phone call, as soon as she gave us our order we looked at our bagel and asked for cream cheese but she gave us butter with cheese 🤦‍♂️ I asked for a new one and she seemed super irritated and she seemed like she didn’t understand simple English, but she knew what cream cheese was. She took it back like she was going to eat it which is weird because most places would just give it to you if they messed up. Anyways our drinks tasted horrible like she sabotaged it, I got a baileys coffee and it tasted like water with sugar and no cream just straight bitter, I honestly have never experienced this anywhere else I’m just simply distraught by her...
