Arby's — Restaurant in Kamloops

People always say Arby’s is never busy, but if you’d been at this particular Arby’s on Monday August 7th you’d have seen that the opposite can also be true.

This Arby’s was chaos. They were clearly not prepared for the literally 30+ people that came and went through in less than a half hour, but they were so so great. The wonderful lady doing orders didn’t seem rushed or stressed, was cracking jokes and doing a great job of making sure the orders went in correctly and came out quickly. I always have a great time when I’m at Arby’s but our entire table was marvelling at how well they were doing with the influx.

I don't eat out much, but the last two time I have, I chose to go to Arby's. I went through the drive thru about a week ago for lunch atopostoon my way to my Job. Asked for a classic burger. What I got had the cheese sauce and BBQ sauce. I don't not in anyway find the cheese sauce tasteful. I had to force myself to eat it. 🤢🤢 Tonight I went through the drive thru again, As I had no time to stop for dinner at home. 0 STARS!! My double meat in a beef and cheddar, was a single meat at best. My turkey & Swiss had old hard, dry bread ridiculously small amount of turkey 'and' my swiss cheese magically turned into yellow cheddar! And the drive through wait was agonizingly long!! I called the restaurant many times & left 3 messages with no return call what so ever! So I contacted corporate Arby's in Georgia and they rectified the situation immediately.
