One of the best sandwiches I've ever had, and amazing soup (and I'm a soup girlie, so you can trust me) Sandwich was the feature, called the "Hepburn". It was honey ham, another ham, smoked gouda, arugula, an in house "Dill kraut" but made with Cucumber instead of cabbage(YUM), grainy Mustard, a smoked paprika aioli, and sliced Bartlett pears on a brown butter filone....simply divine. Such good quality ingredients, fresh, well-rounded, balanced flavors, sauced perfectly. Very very good. And a hearty enough size that my partner and I split the sammy and soup. Served with a truly great pickle spear (it's the little things). The soup, also the daily feature; autumn spiced root vegetable soup. Blended, "stoup" kinda quality, amazing warm flavors. Fall in bowl, in the best way. Service; everyone was friendly and welcoming and so kindly accommodating. My partner is sick and we couldn't share soup but wanted to share the sandwich and soup combo so I kindly communicated this and they split everything onto 2 plates for us which was so kind. Seriously good food, I will come back whenever I visit kamloops. Small even better ifs...aka this place would be even better if.... -there were vegetarian sandwich options. An easy addition would be to make the BLT veggie or carnivore by offering regular or tempeh bacon, easy fix. However having a 4th sandwich that's like balsamic roasted veggies, a cheese and some fresh veggies would help make this place more accommodating, and bring in a whole different crowd. -it was warmer. Gosh it was freezing in there on a brisk day, and quiet a few people were wearing jackets inside and cold looking. -small cost saving measure; offer the cheesies don't assume everyone wants them. We didn't personally and gave them back so as not to waste. -i love London fogs and was so impressed by the plethora of syrup flavors available here and very excited to try a blueberry London fog and tbh found it to be one of the worst London fogs I've ever had, and it wasn't the blueberry. It was just so mild and weirdly burnt tasting, so this could be improved.

Hands-down phenomenal! There is true heart and soul in every bite at Bowl N Bun. We ordered three sandwiches—Brisket, Pulled Pork, and the Special—plus the Chili and Potato Salad. Everything was absolutely packed with rich, unforgettable flavor. We grabbed our meal to go, to enjoy it at our son's football game at McArthur Park. Once we shared a few bites with friends, they were hooked—asking where we got it. This spot is an absolute must-visit in Kamloops. Comfort food done right, with flavor that speaks for itself. We’ll definitely be back! 🤩👏

Wow that was a delicious lunch. Yes it cost more than going to some big chain but no chain is going to make brisket like this on as nice of a bun or offer as fresh ingredients for their salads. Everything was delicious and the staff were friendly. Brisket Sandwich with green salad on the side was 100% worth it. My only complaint is that I needed more napkins lol. I will be back!

Don’t let the price scare you. Out the gate it might seem pretty expensive if you haven’t seen the portions. The quality is amazing, thick cuts and generous portions of meat, delicious sauces, incredible included sides, as well as surprise cheezies and a pickle spear. Quick service and a very friendly staff who were incredibly kind and generous with my toddler. The seating area was clean, it was easy to find and park, the menu was straightforward, the takeout packaging was very nice quality and packed with love to see an Italian chopped sub or turkey club as future rotating sandwiches… maybe a chopped cheese. We...

A friend and I visited here for lunch on a weekday. She suggested it since it was a local coffee shop that supports local people's products on their shelves. I had the Chilli Soup special and the Lavender London Fog. Both were exceptionally delicious. The staff was friendly and inviting. They asked how everything was afterwards. Value of food was reasonably priced. It was quite busy inside but seating became available once our food arrived. They had some outdoor seating starting to set up but not finished yet. Some local products on the shelves from local people available for purchase. I would visit...
