We came in 5 minutes before closing. We called in couple minutes prior to coming to check if the buns were fresh and still available. The guys said yes. We reach at 6:55 and they have everything away to the donation people. What’s left was only stale buns. They sold it to us. We questioned it that they are hard and they said yeah they were sitting out all day. I go back in to return. I entered the shop at 6:59 and asked them for a refund. The clocks turned to 7:00 pm and they said sorry the till is closed. Terrible service. Why would you allow donation people to pick up everything from your shop while it’s still open for people who want to buy? You should allow donation people only after your shop is closed. We weren’t given the priority, instead the donation was a priority. Maybe it’s time to switch your business to charity? You closed the till before closing time and denied us a refund.
I do understand we were late but the shop was still open. This is worst service I have received in a while.

In addition, we ordered a few pastries which we realized after we left was not the ones we asked for.
