When's in in before I did I checked the hours of operation recording to that I went in a good 20 minutes before the dining room was closed, but despite this and despite the fact that the two people in front of me both were able to place their orders and were asked where they wanted to eat and said dining room and the worker had no problem with them eating there, when my three friends and I went in to order we were told the dining room was closed even though it was only 9:40 so instead we got back into the vehicle and got into the drive-thru. Behind us was a group of approximately 10 teenagers who were singing at the top of their lungs and on foot my dimension so as we started placing our order we could barely hear the employee asking us what we wanted and the employee could also barely hear us that's also despite the very very obvious and clear language barrier that existed and would have existed regardless of the loud boisterous teenagers behind us singing The anthem to Grease.
After the employee repeatedly repeated to us are orders incorrectly without saying anything he transferred the microphone and headset to a female employee whose belief it was that we had just started making our order even though we were already three orders in at that point, we had to start fresh from the very first order and by the time we finally got to the window it turns out that none of the order that we had voiced twice to two different employees was ever actually punched into the system so we had to give the order for a third time and then wait an extra 10 minutes and even so the order was wrong. If this wasn't the only dairy Queen that was close to us I would never...
Read moreI’m usually not one to write a bad review as in most cases it is a miscommunication, however, this experience is worth the bad review. The girl at the till was amazing, she did everything right. I ordered a basket of onion rings and they came out 1/2 ok and 1/2 way to crispy. I brought it back and asked for new ones, the supervisor was speaking very loudly, almost yelling and repeating it about 5 times on her way back to the kitchen stating I had returned them because they were overdone (too crispy) which could have been embarrassing if the restaurant was full. She came back out 2 mins later with old onion rings in hand saying that they are on a timer and whatever came out was right.,… well, anyone in the service/customer service industry knows that was a big no no. They didn’t try to fix it, they just offered my money back after commenting that I wasn’t goin fro eat them. When my husband expressed he wanted to make a complaint the manager made him go to the till not making any effort to rectify the situation…….. 😳. He went up to make a complaint, well, we found out it was the kitchen manager in the kitchen, the deep fryer apparently needed to be cleaned and there’s no way we could ever speak to someone higher unless we posted our complaint through the website. Anyways…… knowing and working the customer service industry for over 20 years, this was a very...
Read moreVery slow service. Was very hot inside store which made our food melt almost instantly. The milkshakes were like water. And the cones just melted. Took over 15 mins for our order to be taken and there was only 1 person ahead of us. They were talking drive threw orders multiple times in a row before ever attending to the front. Staff was not friendly. Never acknowledged us standing there the whole 15 mins till they decided to take our order. I had to get someone attention to ask to take our order. Would of been nice for the acknowledgment and then apologize for the delay. There was absolutely no customer service. And when I enquired about how hot it was in there explaining out food was melting and couldn't finished our stuff they didn't seam to really care. So unfortunately I have no desire to come back to...
