Kami Pizza — Restaurant in Kamloops

the pizza itself was good but i live 2 mins away from the location in sahali and ordered 4 pizzas when they where delivered they where cold and i mean ice cold like they had bin sitting out for an hour prior to being delivered. I heard many good things about this pizza shop and was exited to try it but now see that i was lied to and when i called to complain about it the woman on the phone stated it wasn't her problem wow great customer service.... So about 5 mins after i made this review i was contacted by the owner of the store to discuss what was wrong and how she could help. She was very nice and professional and stated she would handle the worked that was rude and unprofessional. One person can ruin an experience for many. Thanks to the owner of kami pizza they have not...

This was by far the worst phone interaction I have ever had with a delivery place. Their pizza could taste like God created an orgy of flavors in my mouth and I wouldn't know because of this conversation. After 3 of the most pointless minutes I have ever spent on the phone I decided there was no way it would be worth it. She didn't answer the phone to indicate in anyway I was calling a business, was baffled that we had a free pizza coupon, and then made a series of errors that have put me off this place forever. She had ABSOLUTELY no idea what she was doing. I work in hotels and have to make 10 - 15 recommendactions for dinner each night. When I first came to know about this pizza place I was hesitating to try it out. But I heard a lot about it. Just to try it out I ordered small veggie pizza. I was amazed with the quantity and quality of pizza. It was loaded with lots of veggies and base was crispy crunch. It tasted super delicious. So happen to order another large pizza. I have been telling my friends to try Kami Pizza. So far everyone has loved it. Hopefully they will continue delivering delicious pizza always. :) "KAMI PIZZA- you have earned a lifetime customer"....
