La condesa — Restaurant in Kamloops

I came to this restaurant yesterday at 1105am. Google stated that they're open at 11am, I figured I wanted to give it a shot. When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman who is unsure if the kitchen was open. I was the only person there. He went to speak with the kitchen staff through the tiny window. Then he comes up to stating "unfortunately the kitchen is closed". Then proceeded to walk away. I figured he would give me a time as to when they will be ready because Google did say open at 11am. We were wandering around downtown Kamloops, wondering where to go for an early dinner. I'd heard of La Condesa, a new restaurant replacing the Harvest restaurant, in the Doubletree Hilton hotel, so we decided to give it a try. We both ordered the full rack of ribs and were certainly not disappointed. They were a good supply of meaty ribs amply coated with a delicious barbecue sauce.
