The Sahali location seems to be particularly prone to botching service. My most recent visit involved ordering a mango pineapple smoothie in the drive thru. Despite only 3 cats ahead of me, it took 8 minutes to get to the pickup window only to be told that the smoothie wasn't ready yet and asked to park in their lot, as "it will be ready in one minute". After waiting 5 full minutes without hearing a peep from them, I entered through the delivery door to find out what's the matter. They were still trying to make it and it was clearly not going to be ready soon and I obtained a refund and left. They'd wasted 15 minutes of my time with their dishonesty.
The prior visit two days earlier also presented issues and delays. That time an order was placed through their app and after queueing in the drive thru â no one answered the intercom after waiting 5 minutes at the menu â we were told at the window that they had just rebooted their computers and couldn't give us what we had ordered (ice cream and a smoothie). We were told to "go through the drive thru again in 10 minutes", so parked and waiting. The drive thru line became rather long, so I popped in the side door to ask. I was offered the smoothie that had been sitting there for nearly 30 minutes, but declined and they eventually provided a fresh one along with the most pitiful McDonald's soft serve ice cream...

   Read moreWell wasnât the greatest experience. I had to wait..which isnât a big deal...but there was so many others waiting we didnât have a spot to park. Then they gave us the wrong iced coffee drink. So they took it back. In the process we started to eat our food and couldnât eat any of the burgers because ALL of the buns were rock hard. So once they came back with the coffee(yes it was right) they had to take back the burgers. Those were replaced as well but a âquickâ drive thru ended up taking about 20 minutes. Now I donât normally complain like this as Iâve worked in fast food and retail all my life BUT. The two people who were sent out and had to go back in (they sent a different person out the last time to give us the remade burgers) seemed put out by it all. I get it can be frustrating sometimes because there ARE a Lot if jerky customers out there. But I donât usually complain or give anyone a hard time. And it did seem like they were really busy, but, it wasnât my fault and was kind of made to feel bad for wanting my order to be right. Not cool.
