Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kamloops

2023 update: I have being going back because I’m a sucker for horrible fake Mexican food, but still they continue to disappoint. Order though Uber and taco bell managed to forget 1 item, send me the wrong dessert, even though I paid extra for the one I wanted, but also didn’t seal the bag in anyway for delivery. No tape or sticker on the box, just an open with with my fries in. I get minimum wage minimum effort, but doing just job properly in still minimum effort.

I've just been disappointed everytime I come here. The staff seems fine, although the management seems a bit annoyed to be there. Can't blame them though. The problem is they keep downsizing their menu, upping prices, and then when you finally find something that looks good they can't make it. Guess I'll go make a quesadilla at home, they aren't that complicated and don't require any special equipment. Just a stove and a pan, guess taco bell doesn't have either of those. Really miss the build your own box. Not really sure what other people ever...

I understand training new people is hard so I won't be to rough.

That being said I visited for the 2 for 1 taco Monday and was disappointed with everything. I ordered 6 tacos and 1 beef crunch wrap supreme, cinnamon things and 2 Med drinks. With the deals this should have come to ~$25-30. It was $47.00 dollars.

The receipt made no sense and had parts of my order correct and other things added. I did order the DLT special but that are supposed to be 2 for 1 as well.

All around a horrible experience and even my girlfriend was blank faced when I told her we spent $50 on this amount of Taco Bell.

Service is also extremely slow here so expect to wait whether it's drive...

If i could of i would of gave this review a 0 because my friend and i were at the kamloops b.c. location and the service was slow my food was cold and my friend litterly had to wait almost a hour for his food yet other people seemed to get theirs faster i was disgusted with the service and quality this has been the worst location i have ever been to they even let the chicken run out which should not have happened the hot sauces and forks and lids were not stocked up and the tables were not clean i will not and i will say that again will not reccommend any one to this location ever if this does not get improved and i hope the head office reads this very...
