Service was absolutey atrocious and usually I am fairly patient and lenient because I've worked in service jobs. After our plates were cleared we waited 30-40 minutes to get the bill and we had to call our server as she ignored us to grab us the bils. At which point it took another 20 minutes to get the bill and in the middle of it she walked away and I had to finish collecting the payment for my friends. I hate being that person but we came in at 5:30 (wasnt even busy, maybe 4 other tables.) and didnt get out of there until 7:10 and all we had was water, a poutine and a wrap.

during this time maybe one or two other tables came in, but whenever she served one table she completely ignored us, i had wanted more water but never even got the chance because she never came to the table unless we asked after getting our food. I have handled more waters, order takings, and serving drinks and food as a hostess before than what she did tonight. There was absolutely no reason for such slow service and this isn't a one off. This whole semester has been extremely slow service. I am honestly starting to feel like not ocming at all anymore or just ordering to go and sitting somewhere...

Great food in huge portions, nice space, if noisy, and the prices are good. Shame it takes forever to be served.

You seat yourself here, but it can take 15-30 minutes to get a menu if they don't see you sit down. I don't mind waiting - I know there's limited staff and it gets pretty busy - but it'd definitely help if they at least made a point to greet each guest so we know we're not in limbo.

Not good for a quick meal, not good for eating alone. GREAT study spot if silence puts you to sleep. The star off is only for slow service - they need to hire more people, or at least a host to make sure everyone...

The best pickles ever! This was an amazing burger, I definitely think burgers should be super messy and this didn't disappoint 😁. A bit more on the pricey size( if you compare it to a fast food chain) but you get what you pay for. These burgers are homemade, full of flavor, juicy and and very yummy. If your craving a BBQ burger that you'd make at home kind of thing, this place is the best choice!
