Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kawartha Lakes

I ordered three pizzas one was supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch medium. The second one was supposed to be a build your own also medium and then the third one was supposed to be a large half-and-half pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese however when I received my order, I noticed instantly that one of the boxes was the wrong size so I called back. They were polite and offered to send the correct pizza out and give me a free 2 L of soda as well however, after that phone call when I opened the boxes of pizza I realize that the only pizza that was correct was the build your own And the other two I received was one medium pizza with full pepperoni and bacon, and the other was a medium pizza that contained mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, green peppers, and onions, so I called back again and tried to fix the issue. However, the second person I talk to was extremely rude And stressed that they were already sending me a free pizza and a free soda and I explained that the pizza that was sent was not what we ordered and that the one pizza would not get eaten as none of us enjoy the toppings on it. The man was extremely rude after I asked him to confirm what was being sent Out And then hung up the phone on me. I order from here regularly so to receive this mixup was not a big deal at all, however, when I tried to get it fixed the second time for a mistake that was not at all my own I was treated with absolute disrespect. I work in customer service so I truly believe that if you’re going to spend $60 or more on pizza your order should at the least be correct but I understand that’s mistakes happen but somehow making it my fault that they messed up the order was completely...

Wish I could give 0 stars. This place ignored delivery requests. Asked them to call upon arrival as my unit is difficult to find. They didn't. My food showed up cold after the driver waiting for me outside without calling when I left specific notes for them to call me. After this I found 2/3 of my items to be burnt. I called to let them know since they advertise a quality guarantee on the boxes. They hung up on me and did not fix the problem as they advertise. Needless to say I will not be using this company again and I would like to advise everyone else from making the same mistake I did. They demonstrated terrible customer service and product. I tried giving them a fair chance on 2 separate orders/occasions before giving a negative review. My first negative experience was when I had a pizza and 2 lava cakes delivered, I opened the large box meant to fit 2 lava cakes and it only had one, the disturbing part is that I could clearly see the marks in the box where there was a second cake previously.. someone must have ate it before it arrived to my house. They said they would give me a gift card to reimburse me but never did.

A couple weeks later I ordered a 5 topping pizza, they delivered it with only one of the five toppings I paid for.
