placed an order online, went through the drive through and was missing a drink. lady started yelling at us so we went through, checked back on our receipt and we ordered the drink, it was clearly in our order and we have the online receipt since the order was placed online. went back into the store to get the drink and the ladys start yelling and agruing that it just wasnt possible, even though we showed the online receipt that clearly showed we paid. im truely baffled by this experience, as we left they informed that this happens all the time. you continuously forget peoples drinks even though they paid for them?? this was terrible customer service and i really cant believe the...

I normally get really good customer service here, one lady in particular is lovely. But today is absolutely miserable. I had to correct my order multiple times which is fine considering masks and barriers, but my order ended up being wrong anyway, and when I took 2 seconds to think about what I wanted as a drink I got an eye roll, cool. Then my friend ordered and she was even more rude trying to once again correct her order, and giving crazy attitude. Then while the next lady was making the burger we asked if she could add a sauce we had asked for and she told us we didn't ask for it if it wasn't there even though the lady at the cash argued with us the whole time. I never leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. My husband and I went in to grab lunch for takeout and we were there for a half an hour. Our food was sitting there ready to go and the employees were standing around doing nothing. I had to ask the girl to bag up our food so we could please move on with our day. Never waited so long for fast food in my life. The lady in front of me only ordered a poutine and chicken fingers and she stood there waiting while it was also ready and all they had to do was put it in a bag.
