Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kawartha Lakes

They always make consistent ice coffees and I enjoy going here. But docked a star after today. As I began to drive away from the window after thanking them for my food and some extra napkins I asked for, the lady who handed me my food came back to the window and went "OK, you're lucky you're moving" as I just began to move away from the window and it sounded...threatening? I have no idea why they said this or what I might have done to warrent it. But now I get to wonder why the older lady decided to say that to me in a seemingly threatening way as I pulled away, as if I had done something wrong. Which I hadn't...was very polite when ordering and receiving my food as usual. Never had anyone be anything but nice here so was very confusing and as I said, sounded...

I recently got a white hot chocolate from this Tim Hortons location and this is how much hot chocolate I actually got. Now I get that you’re in a fast paced environment, but sometimes it’s worth it to do your due diligence and double check. You guys work and know that the hot chocolate foam up, its ok to give it a minute to settle and fill it up It’s in poor taste to give your customer half of what they actually pay for. I hope that you guys can rectify this. This tims used to be a very, very good location, but it seems that the Service here has been getting worse Every day and makes me not want to go to Tim Hortons. This is the second time I’ve had to give a bad review of a Tim Hortons location...

Please please PLEASE learn how to make an iced coffee. It would take a minimal amount of time to teach your employees the proper amount of ice, liquid sugar, and cream put in the cup. I have yet to receive a good iced coffee from this Tim Horton’s location. If you need help call Tim’s on highway 36 they always make good ones. I would like to know WHO thinks it’s ideal to put 2 ice cubes in an ICED coffee so it’s warm in 2 minutes. Also TIP: if the liquid sugar is EMPTY... refill it instead of not putting any in at all and giving me a bitter nasty iced coffee. Thank you...
