I recently took 2 rings in to get appraisals done. I was told both needed new claws. I told them one of them had recently had new claws. He checked again, & suddenly that one did not need claws. They then want me to either pay full or half of the $450+ in advance. I refused to pay in advance for work that had not been done. Upon further investigation, elsewhere, neither ring needed claws.
