I will start off with saying that the food and prices were great. I will also state that it was very clean. Other then that it was the worst service I have ever had in my life. Took 15 minutes to get water on the table. I asked for a tea with cream and sugar. The server just dropped off the tea. I then got up and went and got my own sugar and cream. Then finally out food came but we had nothing to eat it with... so my boyfriend went up and got us utensils. As we were eating things were getting a little messy. And we realized we also didnt have napkins. So we went up for a third time. And the worst part was when my boyfriend was dying of thirst (he could basically breathe fire cause he ordered a spicy dish) the server came by and filled up the waters for the table next to us. Instantly my boyfriend moved our empty cups to the side the server was on thinking we would also get ours filled up. But nope. No water for us. Next time I will order it as take out. I used to come here every once in a while and quite liked it. Came back for the first time In probably 2 years and I don't know if they changed recipes or ingredients but it was bad. The salad roll with chicken was okay but the peanut sauce had nothing to it, might as well just have dipped it straight into a jar of peanut butter. The laksa was horrendous. The noodles fell apart, the chicken was dry, the tofu felt under seasoned, the laksa broth just tasted like chili and nothing else. SO DISAPPOINTED and upset...up until today have always had a positive 5 star experience. Today the cook refused to accomodate leaving out peppers and adding broccoli instead. Ok, then asked for the yellow curry, no meat or tofu in the dish( you apparently normally have a choice of type of protein so leaving it out should not be an issue) and crispy tofu on the side. .crispy tofu is available as appetizer . Again, simply not possible. What happened to your previous history , your ability to accomodate a simple request? Maybe your cook needs an attitude check, especially these days when restaurants can use every customer they can get. I...
