Hot Pot Grill Authentic Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Kelowna

BEWARE! Dont get super excited to see the rates low to most of the items on the menu. He compensates by giving you less. Take a look at the serving bowl (pic attached). So don't get fooled. By giving $2 extra for a curry at some other restaurant, you are getting more quantity. Moreover his butter chicken was way too sweet. He is also not the one to be trusted with the bill. He doesn't give you an itemized bill. He charged me around $10 dollars more which I knew but I didn't confront him because I believe in karma. But certainly by doing so, he lost a customer too. They also charge for the water because they serve bottled water. When someone asks you for the water, before serving them bottled water tell them that its chargeable. Serving water in a restaurant is your duty/ obligation. I can consider it free unless you tell me. When you charge for it, you should ask/ tell. Moreover they charge $2.50 for 1 kirkland bottle!! I mean seriously? Nice way to compensate by keeping your prices low. It's like a trap. My suggestion is to keep an eye on the bill or simply avoid the place!

I was visiting kelowna and was craving to eat a indian meal. Most of the places I go the Indian food is not authentic indian, however this place did not disappoint me at all. Right from the starters, main course and dessert the food was excellent. We ordered The noth indian street food platter , samosa,tandoori fish,butter chicken, non veg thali, naan, and jalebi they are all to die for. The new owner came to our table and introduced himself to us and asked us about our experience, he is a very friendly, passionate about food and welcoming person and upon asking also recommending the places to visit in kelowna. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Whenever I go back to kelowna. Will definitely visit this...

Excellent food and value! We feel we've finally found our go-to after several other disappointing tries. Sad we didn't find this one sooner! Had wonderfully tender lamb curry and juicy chili chicken, delicious naan as well.

Great value for $30, the takeout containers were so densely packed that we only made it through half the order. Maybe.

We also got a small bag of their homemade sweets which are equally delicious! I won't embarrass myself trying to guess what they're named but we'll be back for more.
