Latin Fiesta — Restaurant in Kelowna

Used to be one of my favorite places, with old owners I could get a good quantity of delicious food for a reasonable price. After last meal won't be giving them my buisness again, they've cut their portions and raised prices, and it's not about the money, I get it, supplies cost more, I don't mind paying more, this is not the issue tho. The quality has gone down significantly, the chicken enchilada meal used to have me full by the end, now you get about a tablespoon of beans, a little more rice but apparently new owners don't know how to cook rice as it's all clumped together, opened one of my enchiladas, and there was nothing else in it except the chicken, which there was also only about a tablespoon in each enchilada, and on top of that, I scooped some of the chicken out and ate it by itself, and I'm pretty much 100% sure it is canned chicken, can tell by the taste, pretty disgusting way to prepare food as a restaurant, astonishing how far this buisness has fallen from previously being one of my personall favorite restaurants in kelowna, no better than a fast food restaurant now, worse for how much it costs, 50$ for 3 chicken enchilada meals, and we are all...

When I first moved to Kelowna in 2020 I was told wonderful things about this place. I ended up checking it out and the place was busy, great food and friendly staff. Fast forward to 2024, I decided it was time to try it again and bring my boyfriend along with me . When we walked in there wasn't a single person in the restaurant. I had noticed a women sitting in the back on her phone. (She could visibly see me and I could visibly see her) . I thought to myself, "that's okay, we just got here, we need to look at the menu and maybe she is on her break." We continued to stand there for a good few minutes. My boyfriend even went to the door and pretended to open it again in case MAYBE she just didn't see us. We got NOTHING. She did not look up from her phone once to acknowledge us. She did not smile and tell us she will be right with us or anything. My boyfriend said he noticed another worker with her in the back who also was on their phone. My boyfriend and I were discussing the menu and made it known we were there. But again, NOTHING. Extremely Rude & Unprofessional staff

Not dog friendly: Was yelled to get out and sit outside as we had a small dog with ourselves with temperature being almost at 40, NO SUN SHADE - they did not even bring a bowl of water for poor animal. I do understand restaurant might not be pet friendly however that approach and attitude is not professional and acceptable towards customers under at no circumstances.

We waited and waited for our order under that boiling weather and food beeper wasn’t even working and I ended up going back a few times to check on our order.

Poor & cheap food quality : after the above unpleasant experience my entire family ended up having stomachache and diarrhea after eating the meals in this restaurant which ruined our holiday and the few days after that we were in Kelowna and had to make a trip to pharmacy to buy medications for the food poisoning their food has caused us.

Management & owners did not take responsibility after I contacted them multiple times
