I came in and ordered a bubble tea yesterday, after waiting for 10 minutes the lady tells me they don’t have any tapioca pearls after she made my drink. I asked if I could order something else then, she just stood there staring at me. Her co worker then says “yes”, so I looked at the menu and chose a smoothie. The lady then says “that’s more expensive” I said “yes that’s fine”, before I could finish she says “you’ll have to pay.” I then said “yeah, that’s fine, I can pay the extra.” She was annoyed and went over to the till and charged me an extra $4.
