My brother and I ordered two coffees through the appâa black dark roast and a decaf with caramel drizzle and classic syrup. The wait time was supposed to be 5 minutes, but we waited much longer.
I checked at the counter a few times, and was told, âIâm making them fresh, just give me another minute.â
While we waited, several people walked in and ordered after us got their drinks first. After 10 more minutes, I asked again, and the staff casually said they had dropped one of the drinks and had to remake it.
In total, it took 25 minutes to get two simple coffees. They clearly donât serve customers in order, and the excuse about not serving a dropped drink felt oddâof course you wouldnât serve it.

   Read moreLooks like the workers at this location are having a nice time at work and they have fun with one another which is great... But the problem is that they let this slow them down significantly. Staff move pretty slowly here and spend alot of time chit chatting with eachother. No urgency or expediency at all like other Starbucks locations as a result you may find yourself waiting much longer than you expect even when the place is not busy.
A little annoyed that they served all their friends drinks first even though I had mobile ordered ten minutes prior and arrived before any of these...
   Read moreI have visited this location twice. Nothing significant the first time over a year ago however my recent experience was a little odd. I ordered a London fog, once I got my drink I had to check inside the cup as I did not see two tea bag tags hanging out the side of the cup as I normally would. Lift lid, confirmed, they're in there. Let the team steep for a little bit. Then I went to take the bags out & come to discover that for some reason the barista had put the entire string and paper tag inside the cup to simmer around with my tea!?! Wut? Who does that?
