We have gone to this location many times and over the past 6 months it has progressively gotten worse. I feel terrible for the working conditions the staff are having to work in there.
Today we arrived to get our order and someone else came in behind us who had pre-ordered on the app… there food wasn’t ready until after ours… and our experience was not quick.
First off. It was 30 degrees outside today and it was even hotter in the restaurant, myself and my two very young children were sweating. They had portable air conditioner behind the counter and and it wasn’t doing much except blow the breaker so they couldn’t cook the quesadilla. So we waited for that to get done. Then I asked for the cilantro lime rice on my burrito to be told they are out for the day… I ordered at 5:00 peak time for dinner orders and 5 hours before they close. So I don’t have any options for rice. This seems to be common in the past 3 visits.
Anyways long story long. After waiting 20 minutes for 2 burritos and a kids quesadilla, the gentleman that came in behind me still hadn’t recieved his pre-ordered food.
We love mucho burrito for a more fresh dinner option for our kids when we are on the go but I will now be looking for...

Today I looked at the protein choices and it looked as if they were hardening at the surface 🤢 I chose the best looking of the bunch then proceeded to get the rest of my topping and was absolutely blown away at the 6 miniature strings of cheese that were put on my burrito. I asked for some more cheese and the lady said it would be extra and I was completely appalled. I ended up asking for extra cheese and wow I ended up with a whole 10 miniature strings of cheese. Just an absolute joke of service at this location now, I’d highly recommend going to the Rutland location at least they can fill up a regular size burrito with toppings. Read moreI’ve been here many times, but it has progressively gotten worse. My food was being made with a knife also used to prepare chicken(cooked) previously while also on the same cutting board. The worker scraped off the chicken scraps (blade side down, love me some extra micro plastics) and proceeded to prepare steak. This was a pretty big red flag because what else are they doing if that’s the standard? It is my fault for not refusing! I find their food the last few visits really upsets my stomach- in fact today I still feel awful. So either I’m just not built for it or there are a lot of food safety gray areas going on. I’ve also noticed on a couple visits it just wasn’t clean…. If you’re too busy to practice food safety best practices then hire more people. I’ve reached out to interior health.
