Soy Asian Fusion Restaurant — Restaurant in Kelowna

My friend ordered spicy coconut ramen...no meat, extra veggies . It was delivered with chicken and regular veggies. No big deal. Taken back by the server . But less than a minute later the server returned with what seemed to be the same bowl (drippings on the side of the bowl). A bunch of veggies topped it. But when digging through, 4 pieces of chicken were found. Did they try to dig it out of the same bowl? Needless to say, she refused to eat it. The server said she would offer a 'reduced' price for it. After some back and forth between the server and the owner, they dropped the charge of her meal completely. I have eaten here in the past and have enjoyed their food. What surprises me the most is their response to the situation....

Loved all the food we had here. We had the appy platter and ohitashi to share and my bf and I each had the spicy coconut ramen. The ramen was out of this world delicious and came with a perfectly cooked hard boiled egg on top, and juicy shredded chicken breast. Really wow'ed me. My dad didn't like the chicken he was served in his stir fry but I thought it was delicious (turns out he doesn't like chicken thighs). I had a delicious plum wine with my meal. They were so friendly and accommodating. My bf forgot his hat and they stayed late to make sure that we got it back, even ran out of the restaurant as soon as I arrived to pick up so I didn't have to get out of my car. Dined for lunch and was so impressed that we returned for a second visit. First time we started with Gyoza appetizers. Excellent flavour. Then had the Spicy Coconut Ramen and the Miso Sesame Ramen. They were very tasty and not too spicy. Lots of vegetables and quite filling. The second time there we had the large Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup. A little disappointed as the wontons were quite small and not much vegetables at all in the soup. Although wontons were yummy we felt like we were consuming a large bowlful of broth. Both times service was excellent and the server was very attentive to refilling our water glasses and tea. Will definitely be returning to try other items...
