Subway — Restaurant in Kelowna

So I went there 2 hours before they closed. No one was there. They were cleaning so I guess that’s a good thing. Took 5 minutes of the 2 of them fighting to serve me. After one of them decided I wasn’t to big of an inconvenience to serve. She helped me. I ordered 2 subs. After starting both she told me she didn’t have the stuff to make the second sub. I said I will only take the one. She was then mad I didn’t switch to another one. At any point before she second one was started she could have told me. She then made the one sub I ordered wrong after I told her 3 times what to put on it. Then when I paid and didn’t tip she glared and sighed at me like the tip (which in my world is for good service not bad service) is her right. If this is your only choice for food you should just go home and dig in the very bottom of your pantry for the food that has been there for over 10 years...

Have had a few bad incidents here recently. I'm not sure who controls the volume of their music here but it's frequently so painfully loud that I can't understand what the staff is saying nor can they understand me.

The incident that really takes the cake though was a month or two ago when the girl serving me cut herself on a knife, just barely, no visible blood; but the guy who took over for her while she want to the back just picked up the exact same knife, didn't see any visible blood on it, so continued to use it to cut my sandwich. Disgusting.

Clearly no one has taken the time to train the staff here on food safety or they just don't care. I have no intention of...

I was very disappointed last night in my Subway sandwich. It was close to closing time but I still feel that there should’ve been your quality control standard in place. Some of the condiments were sold out and some didn’t look very fresh. I was disappointed but what concerned me was when I got home a couple min later the bread was so hard I could hardly eat it but I couldn’t bring it back due to the time so I ate what I could.
