Horrible resteraunt pool front experience, servers don't care about customers with disabilities

They come across like they are too busy to cater to their guest needs

Resteraunt employee very rude and un accommodating to personal guest needs And when I stood my ground, I was treated like I was wrong . Will never stay or eat here again due to cult mentality , small town clicks, unexpectable for progressing service industry

15.oo beverage three hour pool service run like a concentration camp and pool was dirty and slimy , not nice for hotel paying 4 star hotel fees . The pool was unkept and i have given it a 2-star rating at capri Coast Hotel . My sister stays at country club resorts and found this hotel to be a tad trailer trashy . With all the outside traffic three hour refresher and pool scum .

I ordered breakfast and was rushed out and wasn't allowed to order a cool down beverage at pool 40-degree Celsius day. I wasn't allowed a refreshment and was ordered to leave . I was dehydrated and felt very sick. And had to drive after . I almost fainted from the ghastly heat and horrible experience. The offering water jug @ this resteraunt was not filtered . Drinking kelowna water is not recommended.

The hotel didn't care either .

My family was bullied as well . By the resteraunt employee.

Hotel management only supported resteraunt , claimes .

I demanded a refund because this was not a relaxing vacation away from home .

Stay clear , close that resteraunt down needs staff overhaul.with better additudes about service industry and caring for community values .

Looking at some other reviews it did make sense to see that their rating sits at a 3.9 only. We will be there in October again and now I worry. (I have had other nice experiences here in the past though, before Covid times). I called in to make a reservation a bit ago and whoever handled the call should just be let GO! Non friendly, non engaging, not a delight, does not like her job you can tell! I hope to dear G we do not get her to serve us is all I am saying here and hope to be able to change my review afterwards or add to it. In Kelowna there are only a select handful of restaurants who are engaging and friendly like Erica Jane and Central and Old Spag Factory who we frequent when at all possible. Not too many good ones here though and I have resided here since 2008 to know the ups and downs. That call was a real DOWNER! Just was asking on if any music and all she said was NO and then I said I was not meaning live music and just some light music and she said NO again. Just a rude brush off don't you think?? Plus when I asked on price to verify before booking I got more on the (plus gratuities) than anything else. People like this do not ever deserve any extra! I am almost cancelled it all right then and there but the price was right for their feature to still try and hope for the best. (Today's date is Sept 23). ...

Had dinner at Vintner's Grill Kelowna on July 13th with my family. We waited 15 minutes for the server to come to our table to get our drink orders then another 20 minutes for him to bring our drinks. We had three children on our party, all of whom were getting hungry and restless. The server didn't take their orders first or make sure to bring their food out first. He disappeared several times for long periods and never checked on us or apologize for the delays. Four of our relatives left before the food was served, which didn't arrive until over an hour after we were seated. The manager took over the service, but my sister's meal took another 25 minutes to arrive at the table. At the end of the meal, 2 hours after we arrived, the bartender told us we had to leave because the restaurant had closed at 8pm and it was now 8:30pm. There were still patrons at other tables who were not asked to leave. Then I overheard the bartender telling another hotel employee that she was off at 9pm and we were holding her up because we didn't leave at 8. After the excessive delays in getting our food and drinks, the two times we had to go to the bar to try to get service, the gross indifference of our waitstaff, and not neing offeted any meal comps, to be treated as if we were an imposition was insulting! Will never eat at...
