Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kenora

People are very quick to phone and complain. Wouldn’t be nice to see some Raves instead of Rants. I am just as guilty as the next person. I phoned and complained about an error that was made with my pizza. I have to say, there was no hesitation in fixing it. Yesterday my friend and I ordered another pizza from Domino’s. The service was outstanding and the pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in years. It was delivered at the requested time and it was hot enough that the cheese pulled away in strings as pizza should do. I would just like to thank Domino’s for the excellent service yesterday. I will definitely be ordering more often. I have lot of complaints about this franchise-

1. I think that’s the new owner cum delivery boy always begging for tips.( keep some self respect please). I saw him doing the same thing at his other business. It’s other restaurant. I politely asked if I can use washroom and shamelessly they said go to Boston pizza. How can they send their clients to their competitors and not helping them. I noticed the thickness of pizza was reduced (poor guys doing cost cutting). Improvements- I think since pizza pizza is coming to town they are trying to show good service 😂. Extremely disappointed. A nice young lady answered and took my order said 30 mins. After 45 mins I called just for confirmation a very rude gentleman answered and explained that my order would not be ready for 30-45 mins. Puzzled I explained I already placed my order for delivery 45 mins prior and he said he hasn’t even started yet. I asked why, his explanation was he is the only one working by himself knowing this wasn’t true I asked him what about the young lady who answered the phone 45 minutes ago. He fell silent and I had to tell him to cancel my order. Being busy is fair and understandable but don’t lie....
