My bf and I just finished an exhausting few days of moving and had to grab something fairly fast to eat. Didn't want a&w so went to the semi healthier subway in kimberley. We both got very sick with uncontrollable diarrhea within 10 mins of each other. DO NOT eat here unless you want to be sick!!! On another occasion they made us sick as well and neither time have they followed all instructions. Asked for toasted got grilled, asked for certain veggies didnt get them, bfs wrap last time was barely wrapped and fell apart, he had to rewrap the whole thing. Cranbrook one is better. I wish I could give 0 star for...

Gross!!!! They touch the till and money and then NEVER CHANGE THE GLOVES! I HAVE TO ASK THEM TO PUT NEW GLOVES ON?! Its so dirty inside that store, every handle they touch behind the counter, while wearing gloves n making your sandwich, is absolutely filthy and caked in grossness because they dont clean anything in there. Sorry to say, wish u could score lower then 1. Service was terrible, employee said we couldnt use more than 1 coupon. The family wanted 3 sandwiches, left with only 2 and did seperate transactions just to get food and to apply the coupon. Needless to say i did not eat. Wont be back to this location. Keep up this service and you wont...
