A&W Canada — Restaurant in Kindersley

Went through Drive-thru last night ordered a Bacon Cheddar Uncle Burger (no mustard, tomato, pickle or onion) the burger was rung in on the screen with no tomato, no pickle, I repeated my request and was told there was no mustard and or onion on it. Red Onion is listed as an ingredient online. The burger came with onion which we didn't find out until we returned home to Kerrobert and the person this burger was for is allergic to onions so had to make something else. I also ordered a chubby chicken sandwich with Bacon and Mozza cheese and it was rung in with Bacon and Cheddar Cheese, I again corrected the order taker and it was changed and correct on the screen, the sandwich came with cheddar not mozza. Ordered 2 diet rootbeer and 1 normal rootbeer and received 2 normal and 1 diet (this was corrected as they parked us to wait for our order and when person brought food back I sent drink back for correct one). The fact that the staff doesn't know what is one the burgers to the point they insist something is not on a burger is an issue to me, although with the error on the Chubby Chicken Sandwich, I may have got onions even if they had but not onions. This is not the first or the second or even the third time we have had issues at this A&W and the previous times we have informed the restaurant directly of the issues and been told they will work...

Took my order at 9am I ordered a mushroom mozza burger after a 3 hour drive. Charged me then told me minute later that they are out of mushrooms even though there are no less than 3 banners advertising the burger. So I ask for my money back while woman behind the register try to give me a mama with fries so she doesn't have to refund me. I decline and ask for a refund and 2 employees spend 5mins trying to get me a refund then I order a replacement mama burger. I wait till 3 people who ordered after me walk away with the burger. Our family of 4 stopped in here at the drive thru on our way to Calgary. When we got our food it was extremely over salted and I like salt! But that was more than ridiculous. They didn’t give us any napkins at all so we were on the road with greasy hands. We eat A&W often and we know they are good restaurants. This one however left us feeling like maybe we shouldn’t choose A&W anymore. That was sad. Learn to do better work there, people pay good money...
