Burger King — Restaurant in Kindersley

We went through the drive through in kindersley, the other day, and the guy taking the order had no clue of what was on their menu, we asked for a double whopper, just the whopper, he put it in as a combo and kept arguing that we ordered a combo, and that's what it was. And we told them all we wanted was a burger. We explained to him at the window 3 times then he shut the window on us. Opened it up again said " I understand I understand" when he didn't he goes. Oh I just won't give you fries. So we didn't want fries or a drink. Just the burger while we paid for a combo and didn't get the fries, but we did get the drink. So either he needs to learn how to read a menu or ask for help and the rudeness and the ignorance that he displayed towards our family. Was disgusting like you don't understand then go ask for help because he kept arguing with us. We kept explaining all we wanted. Was the burger no fries , No drink. He told us that's what a combo is well, obviously not. Went to this location a few times after work and the 2 passengers and myself were hungry and ready to order. When I informed the employee that I had 3 separate orders I was told there is a 2 order maximum. So I placed the 2 orders, drove to the window, paid, collected our food and then drove around a 2nd time to place the 3rd order.

The food was great so 5 stars The Drive through doesn’t have an Atmosphere so I gave 3 stars as it’s as neutral as I can get The service is 3 stars cause I can’t comprehend this 2 order maximum rule.

Drive throughs are for convenience, it’s not convenient to drive through twice. Also there was no one else in the drive through so it’s not like there was a line up. Even with a line up what does it matter if 3 orders come from 1 vehicle or 2 from 1 and 1 from another? I just don’t get it. My first time visiting here, myself and my friends got treated terribly by a kitchen staff who left her duty to snatch away to- go bags placed on the counter for guests after two amongst my friends went to pick a bag up since they couldn't finish their meal and she went ahead to make snide comment while staring directly at us. The cashier on the said day was a great staff. It's a nice place as it is just built but I think some staff need to be taught how to be professional.
