We had come here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon at around 12:00 pm. We absolutely LOVED the food! I had ordered the Polenta Fritta ($16.00) to start, while my friend settled on the Frittura Di Pesce ($17.00). Both dishes came piping hot, with large servings, and tasting absolutely amazing! We were astonished at how delicious everything was, and that was just to start! We then both settled on the Classico Pizza ($22.00) for our mains, which was another wonderful dish. The pizza was MASSIVE, we weren't able to eat it all! There was loads of arugula and prosciutto on each slice, filling us up to the brim. Also, the pizza wasn't too thin for us to have difficulty eating it, it was just the right consistency. We were so impressed with the appetizers and mains, we knew that we had chosen a perfect place to dine. We then chose dessert, which included the Tiramisu, and Crème Brûlée, both of which were homemade, and tasted exquisite. We couldn't eat another bite, we were stuffed beyond belief! That was some of the best dessert that I have ever had; not too sweet, just the perfect taste to end off a wonderful meal. We were very impressed with how fresh, tasty, and large all of the food options were. We also loved the inviting atmosphere, with two patio options, both covered and decorated beautifully for our enjoyment. The service was top-notch, as our server was attentive, courteous, and friendly. I was impressed with how knowledgeable the servers were of all of the menu items, definitely admirable. I've been to many Italian restaurants in the past, and haven't had food this good in a long time, definitely excellent cooking by Raf, the head chef. I would highly recommend that you all give this place a try; authentic Italian food in an inviting atmosphere, filled with excellent service, which is sure to create epic memories for years to come.

We returned the other night to Raffaele’s Cantina at the main intersection of Hwy 27 and King Road in Nobleton, Ontario, Canada. We chose a glass each of the house wine Cabernet Sauvignon and a Riesling. Both were very fresh and flavourful served in good portion in a large wine glass. We went straight to mains with the Risotto Funghi and Linguini Vongola with the gluten-free pasta substitution. The Risotto was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The Vongola pasta was al dente and perfect but the white wine garlic sauce was lacking volume. The cheesecake was dry instead of creamy but the berry sauce was fantastic and balanced things out. We finished with an Espresso Macchiato. The Risotto was the save. I’m going back just for that. Thanks to the team and our great server. Chris >

This was the first restaurant I dined at, during COVID-19. I came here on a Friday night with my family. We were placed on the patio, other guests were more than the recommended 2 meters away from us. The food was amazing, really big portions. We had calamari, it was delicious, pipping hot, great crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. I ordered the casarecce affumicato as my main dish. It was awesome, a little oily, but the pasta was al dente, had a nice chew to it, the sauce and everything that accompanied it was amazing. The sever noted that during this period, they had a fairly limited menu, but everyone at our table didn't seem to mind and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Raffaele's Cantina, and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience that transported me straight to Italy. From the moment I walked through the charming entrance, I knew I was in for a treat.

The restaurant exudes Italian charm. With warm, dimmed lighting, rustic wooden tables, and a backdrop of soft Italian music, it felt like I had stepped into a small trattoria in the heart of Florence. The cozy, intimate setting is perfect for a romantic dinner or a delightful evening with friends.

The staff at Raffaele's Cantina are exceptional, especially Maria. They are not only attentive but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and answering all our questions with a smile. The service was prompt and unobtrusive, allowing us to savor every moment of our meal.

Now, the most important part: the food. It was nothing short of spectacular. We started with the cozze, a simple yet delicious appetizer that set the tone for the rest of the meal. For the main course, I ordered the homemade gnocchi, and it was a revelation. The pasta were perfectly cooked, and gorgozala sauce was rich and flavorful. My dining companion had the seafood risotto, which was bursting with fresh seafood and cooked to perfection.

The wine selection was impressive, and our server Maria recommended a lovely Italian wine that complemented our dishes wonderfully.

We couldn't leave without trying the tiramisu for dessert, and it was heavenly. Each bite was a perfect blend of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone.

The quality of the food and the overall dining experience certainly justifies the prices.

In conclusion, Raffaele's is a hidden gem in Nobelton, bringing the flavors and ambiance of Italy to our doorstep. If you're looking for an authentic Italian dining experience that will transport your taste buds to the Mediterranean, this restaurant is a must-visit. Be sure to make a reservation, as it's no secret that this place is a favorite among locals and visitors alike....

Update 25/01/25 dmy: 😊 👍🏼 Ancora bravo!

Returned to this fine, cozy place with my brother and we were greeted with a warm smile upon entry from the older gentleman at the bar (owner I believe) and the rest of the staff. We truly feel like "familia" every time! Then the LOVELY and classy Maria greeted us, actually remembering us and showed us to the EXACT table where we enjoyed the last visit. Amazing! She remembered it all (even though it's been months-missed her on vacations) and continued to help us settle in with sincere smiles and conversation. Remarkable waitress! She attended to our every need and more! She deserves a raise, promotion or something!!! The food and wine were excellent as always. I think I'm going to have to move to Nobleton!!!! 😊 👍🏼 Ancora bravo!

Amazingly nice little Italian place with excellent service, atmosphere and food! I heard the owners are originally from Napoli. My server was Rouzbeh who had a colourful personality and was very attentive to my needs throughout my whole visit. He did a fantastic job and the pasta with Bolognese sauce was simply perfect! Didn't have to add a thing... Compliments the the chef! I had pizza the time before and was also excellent and unique, served by a very friendly young lady who didn't get the name of but I will update this. Very happy with...
