Popped in on a whim as I was craving bubble tea and this place was one I’d never tried before and it was close by! Ordered a large mango milk tea with pudding and it was delicious! The tea was very flavourful with the mango really standing out, and the pudding was nice and firm and had a great texture and taste. The sweetness of the tea was just right and didn’t overpower the mango and tea flavours. They have a good variety of milk teas, and other tea based drinks as well as a good assortment of toppings. The mango drink was a seasonal special so I had to give it a try! Service was very friendly! The lady taking my order was super nice and service was quick! The price was very reasonable too! Normally for good bubble tea you can look to pay with tax and tip around $10 and it was less than that! Overall I’ll definitely be back! :) It’s nice to have a good bubble tea spot that’s close by! Waited an hour for 2 drinks that were never going to be made. I ordered at the self serve kiosk (which I have done many times before with no issues) and waited 30+ mins, before going up to the counter to ask when my drinks would be ready. It was a VERY busy day so I didn't think it was too unusual. The server at the counter looked at my receipt and looked at the cups and just sheepishly apologised and asked us to wait longer. We waited almost an hour before just asking for a refund, because this was unreasonable.

Our drinks were still NOT being made at this point! When I asked why they didn't get our order, they only had an excuse about their register/kiosk system was updated and somehow didn't get the order? BUT WE WENT UP TO THE COUNTER AND SHOWED OUR RECEIPT and they asked us to wait longer! So why was our order still not made?? Also why is the kiosk taking orders if it is not working...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your CoCo Dan location. I purchased a bubble tea, which unfortunately was of very poor quality. Upon attempting to exchange the drink, I was met not only with a refusal but also with unprofessional and discourteous behavior from the staff on duty.

As a paying customer, I expected a higher standard of both product and service. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect the level of quality and customer care that I had anticipated from your establishment.

Regrettably, based on this encounter, I cannot recommend CoCo Dan to others.
