Contact Less delivery took 45 mins. Much longer than usual but I wasn't going to complain. Driver placed my Pizza and a paper bag where I asked, on a table I played on the front porch. Didn't see my drinks, so I thought they placed the drinks in the paper bag and brought it inside. Turned out to be wings. I checked back outside and my drinks were hiding in a different location than I requested. It was a place I could neither see nor reach from the door.
Later the driver calls and says the wings were delivered by mistake and wanted them back. I opened them not knowing what they were and explained it was too late, they can't give them to another customer. Then the store owner calls and demands I pay for the wings I didn't order. With all the precautions we are trying to take with covid, they want to take the wings I opened and give them to someone else or charge me for something I didn't order?
Be very careful if you choose to order from these guys. Their so called "contact less" delivery might have been in someone else's house. I'm blacklisted, but honestly I don't trust their health precautions. Was my pizza late because it was in someone else's house before mine? Is it common practice to deliver extra food then demand the customer pays for it?
When I called back to ask the manager's name, he refused learning I wished to contact their head office and then proceeded to press buttons on his phone so I had a string of loud beeps in my ear before slamming...

I noticed the quality over the last little while was a bit hit or miss but most of the time still good. We ordered an xl pizza tonight-the delivery man was very nice but the pizza was missing the extra cheese i paid for and the pizza was overcooked. When I called to say something the manager told me that I have to request for the pizza to not be overcooked and crispy-also he made it himself and he knows better than i do that he made it correctly. His solution to the problem was that next time he would make sure he made it right as long as i made sure to specify how i want it done?? Our pizza order has barely changed over the years so I can say for sure this is not how it's supposed to be. When I continued to speak he hung up on me. I called back and the excuse was well we are really busy and don't have time to talk on the phone so he hung up on you. Absolutely terrible customer service which ruins the great experiences I've had with them for...
