Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kitchener

Been ordering from this location for almost 2 years. Everything has been fine. Today I ordered a medium handmade pan pizza and right away received a call saying they had 2 pizza orders ahead of me so would be an hour before I received my pizza. Then once my pizza was delivered, it was raw in the middle. I called and spoke with Param and was told a second pizza would be made and sent to me. She assured me would only be 20 minutes this time. 15 minutes later Param called me back to tell me that I had to return the 1st pizza. I explained to her that I was actually about to feed a piece to my 2 year old who had already waited a hour and a half for her lunch. The woman then told me that it was company policy to verify that I was telling the truth. I was angered by this as I have never complained about my pizzas in the past and I had a very hungry toddler. I explained that I would prefer my money back and they could have their pizza back. I told them that I didnt want pizza from them and would not be ordering in the future. Param immediately hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when i tried calling back. Finally Melyssa answered the phone and assured me that replacement pizza was in the oven. Melyssa delivered my second pizza, I gave her the 1st one and she assured me the second pizza was cooked properly. Update since this location moved across the street: Ordered for a house party a few nights ago and we were somewhat disappointed. Our pizzas barely had any toppings on them; we got about 3 slices of tomato, barely any onion or green pepper, 4 chunks of chicken. Crust was too thick. The Hawaiian was decent I guess. Maybe stick to their signature pizzas instead of building your own. Wings were fine.

For the price we paid for 3 pizzas ($100), we definitely expected more. Will reconsider before giving it another try, plenty of other places in the neighbourhood.

I’ve never truly had a real problem with this place, pizza is usually very good and service is okay as well. Tonight I had a mishap with them, I ordered online and the status said it was ready, but when I arrived to pick it up, they said it was just going into the oven. The status actually said “thank you for picking up your order”, but I hadn’t yet, so somewhere something messed up. Although they came out and said it’d be delivered to me within 10 minutes, and it was, and they gave me a free pizza coupon as well for the hassle. While it was a slight inconvenience they more than made up for it and my order was amazing. +1...

Barinder was disrespectful and rude. I experienced it 3-4 times. Dear Barinder, This is to let you know that Nand Patel has paid for his pizza. I asked to sprinkle some seasoning on my pizza to the delivery driver so he asked Barinder to do it. She said some dis respectful thing to driver regarding me in Punjabi language. It's not that we can't understand Punjabi. My friend organized a house party and I got some free cheesy bread coupons in every box of pizza so I had ordered 5-6 of them in week or two. Also found some from my college. Once I was being asked about coupons rudely. Do I really need to answer Domino's employee for using them?? I have them because you guys rolled it out. Also, I had 2-3 free large pizza coupons. One was offered to me as the roasted red peppers were missing on my Pacific veggie pizza and other were given to me by my friend as he was going to home country and they were expiring.
