We attempted calling this location four times with no answer. After receiving the incorrect order from Uber Eats, we drove to the location to see if the order was still there. After already having waited over at hour at this point, we drove up to the drivethru and our car was skipped by the speaker. This caused the car in the line beside us to need to shout to order, and no vehicles behind either of us were able to order anything for a significant amount of time while the line crawled forward.
When we got to the window and tried to explain, a worker said he would grab the manager. The manager berated us, cutting us off repeatedly, and tried to tell us the Uber driver stole half our order. We repeatedly said the bag we got didn’t contain anything inside of our order and asked for them to look for our food bag in the store. The manager was rude and demeaning as he looked for the bags, claiming over and over that it was all the Uber driver’s fault… until finding our entire order sitting on the counter. The manager continued to claim it was Uber’s fault, while literally holding the food. The workers said they would remake our food and told us to pull up and wait. My partner went to the employee front window after a couple minutes to ask if we could get our fries while we waited as it had been over an hour and a half at this point after waiting in the drivethru. The manager came to the window and yelled “actually we don’t have to serve you at all” and slammed the window in her face. I then went to the window, and spoke to two of the young drivethru workers who were calm and kind. The manager came over to argue more and started yelling again when my partner approached, and he then started yelling he would call the cops on us. The two employees stayed calm and assured us they would make the food and calm down their manager.

Read moreThis is the go to location when we decide to have McDonald’s for lunch during work days. There are some lovely staff that work the drive thru, sadly besides that I don’t have a ton of great things to comment on. Food is often cold , missing items. Today placed an online order to pick up curbside. They brought the food to my car but no drinks. I asked where the drinks were …. He said oh you didn’t get them. Reminder that the order was done online and I hadn’t gotten out of my car. Please check the order before brining it out . Work on customer service, put a little more effort into putting the food together. Edit: Recently again I was in the area during my lunch break, placed an order using the mobile app. Get back to work with the order which I didn't check before leaving.. always check before leaving... one of the drinks was the wrong size I paid for a larger size didn't get it, I also ordered a collector glass that I paid the extra $ for and didn't receive. I called the store several times before getting someone on the phone. They were not helpful and instead of just apologizing and offering a solution it came across as though it was my problem and I should just drive back to fix this... No apology and no reasonable solution except the next time I'm around to stop in and they'll give me a glass... ok except what happens when the glasses are sold out, or I am not back in the area for a few weeks... Somehow this became my problem not theirs. I have escalated this to head office on the sole purpose of customer service. In the long run it's Mcdonalds and think most of us don't expect stellar customer service...
Read moreThis location is terrible! Because it is the closest to us, our skip order always gets redirected here. Although their sign says 24/7, there is clearly a few hr shut down time anywhere between 3-5am. We have put through a skip order around 2am, a driver heads to the location promptly, then sits in limbo for 1/2 hr or more before our order gets cancelled! I called the store, as this has happened a few times. The young man who answered sounded apologetic, yet had no clue what to do or say. He blamed the apps, although the app said it is up to the franchise to shut off their services. The food and service is generally terrible. We get very cold/old fries from here, burned english muffins, shells in our egg patty, there is hardly ever a time you actually get everything you order, and if you do, the quality is still bad. Burgers are always lop sided, with the stuff slipping off the bun. You either get a tiny squirt of mayo on one side or if you ask for extra, the whole thing is drown in it, completely sloppy. If your lucky enough to get a McFlurry (ice cream machine is usually broken) they have no idea how to stir it proper. All the candy bits on top, plain ice cream rest of the way through. Nuggets & fries are always stale. English muffins are generally stale yet burnt as well. You have to call repeatedly till you get answered, and when you do, no compensation of any kind. I've never gotten a single coupon for any of the screw ups I've encountered. Drive through window staff are usually young rushy females with attitude. Do yourself a favor & go...
