Mehman Navazi Indian Tiffin Service — Restaurant in Kitchener

This restaurant has fake good reviews for sure. The food I tried was horrible, I had a pick up order, when I called the restaurant after reaching home to tell them that the food is not good, the owner was so arrogant, he told me that I am not liking it probably because its not warm enough (which was a really stupid excuse) later the owner said there is nothing wrong with the food as the chef is from Singapore. I wonder why they brought a chef from Singapore to cook Indian cuisine, if he had brought a chef from a dhabba in india then the food would have been amazing. I had to garbage all the food. I absolutely won't recommend this place to anyone as the food is not even edible and the owner should be ashamed of serving such horrible Indian cuisine and degrading the reputation of the country, on top the restaurant got paid fake good reviews, in addition the owner is so arrogant, he should improve his behaviour at least as the success can take a down fall at any second. All good reviews seem paid to me now. Worst indian food I had in Canada till date. Daal tadka had no flavour, it was moong daal and chana daal combination in which chana wasn’t mashable with spoon and moong gave hospital like feeling. Paneer kali mirch had over spice, again it was not in good way. Raita had an after-taste and smell, only white rice, pickle and tandoori roti were good. This was veg thaali, my husband had non-veg thali with similar experience.

Servers were good, obviously not their mistake but when I gave this feedback on table, common courtesy is to ask someone from cooking to come and accept this or inform customer that their feedback has been shared.

Went to this place for lunch. The food was delicious, but the service was a little slow at first. Chairs were still not taken down from on top of the tables and it stayed that way for almost the entire duration of our lunch meal. We didn't mind it much as the food was great and it didn't impact our experience much.

The server and staff were friendly.

We ordered two types of vegetarian burgers, mine was made from potatoes and it was delicious, superbly spiced, and very well priced.

Highly recommended. Looking forward to my next visit.
