NS was one of the best in town! And the service was exceptional. All the staff were friendly and welcoming . We went tonight to have food 30 minutes into closing and the lady ( she wore glasses) there was not at all pleasant and had least interest in serving us . We made the order , made ourselves comfortable and sat at the table for our food to arrive . Even after seeing us seated, she packed our food all set for take out and left it at the counter . She didn’t even bother to let us know it’s ready. When I went up to the counter and asked her , She said we are closing at 10 , if you can finish by then. Now, I do understand and respect the fact that they need to close on time. But that doesn't mean you can be unprofessional and rude to your customers . We were taken aback by her whole attitude and today's experience. Surprisingly the food also wasn't the great as it used to be.
