Very disappointed with them. Ive been a long time customer and would frequently go there but after my last experience I will not be going back.

Background: I’ve frequently visited this restaurant and service has been what’s expected from a small family owned resturant but the food was worth it. I also always went with my Asian friends and would be the only brown (Pakistani) person. However, this last visit was just me and my girlfriend.

Once we arrived and were seated, there was only one instance where the resturant staff approached us, to give us our tea. We wrote our order and placed it near the edge of the table but no one came to collect it for 15 minutes. So i waved them down. Then for the next 35 mins no contact... Now I’ve worked in a ramen kitchen before and know a bit about how kitchens work, pho shouldn’t take more than 15-20 minutes to make at a resturant level.

At this point everyone who came into the restaurant with us had left and new customers have received their food, again the staff haven’t even come back to check in with us. At this point it’s been nearly an hour since we entered the resturant and I’ve lost my appetite. I asked our waiter if our food was coming, at which point you can see she didn't even realize we didnt get our food and said it was coming. But I politely declined and we left the resturant.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Vietnamese restaurant, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The food is as authentic as it gets –traditional flavors that transported me straight to Vietnam. Me and my bf went here cause Pho Sunrise is closed. I know this place is popular with bad reviews. but I was craving viet food so I gave it a try. It took more than 30min for our food to come out (just 2 mains and a drink, I guess they forgot our food). Other tables got their food around 10-20min. I asked for a glass of water and the waiter came back with a glass of water for another table, like c’mon you have 2 hands to carry 2 glasses of water. Also, it seemed like they added water to dilute the fish sauce, it tasted like nothing. The next day, we returned to order some takeouts, tried to call them 3 times to place the order but no one picked up.
