Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kitchener

As per my above, I had given up on the 685 Fischer Hallman Road, Pizza Hut and instead would order for pickup from the King Street location whenever I wanted Pizza Hut, but tonight I was not up to driving so thought I would give the Fisher Hallman location another try... Things can change right!?!?!?

I was extremely surprised and pleased that my order was delivered on time, by a pleasant driver and the food was hot!!! The toppings were done properly and everything tasted delicious. We had ordered the triple treat box with two pepperoni lovers (one with tomato added) boneless bites in garlic parmesan and cheese sticks with cheese added. The desert was the cookie.

I only gave three stars though because this was a first in a very long time. If it continues like this when I order again in the future then I will consider giving them a higher rating.

Was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The pizza sticks barley had cheese even though I paid for it. The 5 chicken bites - we got 2 regular size and then 3 partial pieces.

I've given the Fisher Hallman, Kitchener, ON location many chances over the years and every time they fail. Whether it is good quality or service issues, it seems every time we order there is some problem.

I only gave two stars because the manager has provided a discount on my next order to make up for this. We'll see what happens since there is no code for me to reference when I order next; let's see if it...

Doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating (but apparently i cannot review without rating). Tried to order delivery for myself and some friends around 10:30pm from the fischer-hallman location. The PH ap said they were closed which isnt true cause I know they are open til 12am. Then tried to call the store to place an order, called several times in a row. Forst time noone answered second time was put on hold without even a comment or acknowledgment then hung up on after only 2 minutes. Then tried to order from the King st location as i was willing to go pick it up. We actually got through to them as they were pleasant enough to actually answer the phone just to be told they had no dough. This is ridiculous as it was 10:30 pm 1.5 hours before closing time. I worked for this establishment just a mere 3 months ago and am very appalled by the lack of care and consideration the new staff has towards its customers. Deffinitely never going to order again. Ended up placing my order through another establishment which cost less, tasted better and took far less time to order and receive at...

My wife was out running errands so I ordered pick up for her to grab on her way home. She did not know what I ordered just that it was under my name. She was handed a pizza and said have a good day and my wife was on her way. Once my wife got home the drinks I had ordered were not given to her so there was 5$ down the hole. I also chose hot peppers as a topping, $2.50 which is a little crazy to begin with. Once we started eating we noticed the maybe 12 hot peepers we got, almost all still had the pits attached, that is one of the most un appetizingthings the bite into. In the end I lost 5$ for the drinks I never got! $2.50 for the peppers I ordered! That's $7.50 on a 26$ order! It's only a 2 star because the pizza was alright! But the experience after not eating Pizza Hut at your crazy prices after a few years was trash! And I will now go another few years not...
