Very bad customer service. I have been to this location multiple times and every time they are very unwelcoming. There has been only 1 day at the same location where i just gave the order number and they gave the order quickly. Today even after asking me for my order number, customer name and mode of purchase, 3 times, a girl at the counter couldn’t figure out what was happening. Then another male staff came up and told me rudely that next time when I come to collect the order I need to shout out from the counter and say from where I had ordered it? Skipthe dishes/UberEats? I don’t need to yell out my mode of purchase unless they ask me, especially when I was not the delivery person and it was my personal order. It is the staff’s duty to ask clarifying questions if they need more information and I was willing to provide it as many times as asked. However the way he spoke to me was as though he was giving me free pizza and was very rude to me in front of my son who kept asking me why they were being rude to us. This was the worst experience ever. I don’t think the staff even value the job that pays them. Extremely unprofessional !! Every single time they have a different story. I see similar reviews regarding customer service and will never return to this location. Please provide appropriate training to your staff if you don’t wish to lose all...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal Pizza Pizza customer for a long time, but after today, I’m seriously reconsidering ever walking into this location again. I ordered a small pizza with two toppings, which came out to around $14. Then I noticed a board right outside offering a medium pizza walk-in deal for just $8. I asked the cashier about it, and she said that’s for a single topping—but if I wanted two toppings, it would be $10. Obviously, I asked to switch my order.
Instead of just helping me, she stood there fumbling with the system like she didn’t know how to cancel the order, and then snapped at me in the rudest tone, saying “Next time, ask about the deals before placing the order.” Seriously? Is that how you speak to paying customers?
It’s YOUR job to let people know if there’s a better deal—especially when the customer is about to pay more for a smaller pizza. I wasn't asking for anything free, just common sense and decent service. I’ve worked in sales myself and we were trained to help customers save money, not mock them for not knowing hidden deals.
Honestly, I don’t even want to come back while she’s working. This kind of attitude ruins the whole brand experience. The owner really needs to have a serious conversation with this cashier, because this behavior is unacceptable and I won’t be the only customer walking away...
Read moreMy experience was really disappointing. At first, I went there on Friday night/Saturday at 1:30 am. The pizza maker took my order, and as we were sitting inside waiting for order, one other customer just casually asked, at what time did they close and he said at 3 am. 1.Meanwhile, I asked directions for the washroom and he said that they were not working. I got my pizza at around 1:50 am and the guy with specs(with all due respect, he spoke Iranian) told me they were closing. I was shocked but anyways, me and my friend took the food outside and ate it inside our car. We went outside and then saw that they had started mopping and after 10 minutes. All of them sat at a corner table chatting with each other. We finished eating in about 30 minutes and they were still chatting and then at 2:40 customers walk in and give an order. They serve them. We waited till 2:55 am, dumped the box and the cans in the bin and left watching them inside. I understand that you have closing chores but, to throw your customers out one hour beforehand is ridiculous. Moreover, they added tomatoes instead of red pepper on my xl pizza which disappointed me even more.
The owner should really take stock of the manner in which this store is run. I would tell people to travel another 10-15 Kms and avoid this...
