Update on the owner response, first of all they didn’t tell me the value of the gift card and I rejected it before even knowing the value Second I asked for a manager and they didn’t allow me to meet the manager. Third I didn’t raise my voice on anyone o asked for a refund and refused the gift card and I told the cashier I will write my honest review so everyone know and the amount was $2 for each item for this time. Calling me disrespectful is non acceptable and will not stop me from sharing my reviews every where.

Edit: Wow... insinuating I own a No Frills because I changed my 5 star review to 1 star. Here's the deal, your produce continues to get worse while your prices keep going up. I stopped going to No Frills and other shops because of the boycott and to support my community. Unfortunately, you have been taking advantage of this, with your prices and quality going down the drain. Take a step back, internalize the feedback, and improve your service. If you improve things, I'll go back to being a loyal 5 star customer. Lashing out on me turns me even further away from you. This is also what happens inside your shop.... Read moreI visit this store frequently. Recently experienced worst service in addressing customer issues. Called the store regarding the bad quality of product. The person who attended the call was very rude and unprofessional. Asked for her name to complain to the manager. She claimed that she is the owners daughter and there is no one else i can complain about her rude way of talking to customer. If she really is the store owner or his/her daughter, she has to address the issue in a better way so there employees will learn from that. Pathetic management. Never consider this store again
