So sad. Have eaten here for many years and most recently have heard that the restaurant has changed ownership, and it definitely shows. Had a family Sunday dim sum morning, first customers at the store right at 11am. My sister got screamed at even though we had reservations that I booked a week in advance. Had to wait almost 40 minutes for our food. That wasn't the worst part, while waiting for the food we had to witness several times the server who is also owner yell at people asking to get seated that they couldn't seat them. And then of course the owners friends come in and get seated immediately and receive food instantly... while we were still waiting. There was also a family that came right after us and were also waiting on food and didn't get until after the owners friends received food. I also had to witness the owner daughter (1 year old) sitting at the cash register and falling.... a customer had to help her up. Also witnessed customers getting up and serving their own drinks cause they weren't getting customer service. We didn't receive all our food until 1.5 hours into being seated. My biggest feedback to the new owners - be careful of the bridges you burn cause all those tables of 7 you turned down today just made you lose out on all their friends coming to you and their families. Take a step back and reevaluate business. You catering to your friends who are expecting a discount cause they know you won't make up for the loss of the 5 tables you could of received full payment from.
