I ordered on the app & realized after ordering that the requested time for pick-up was too early as we weren't available to arrive for another 2 hours. Attempted to contact the store multiple times to only receive the answering service every time. So I left a message about our mistake & requested time. My partner went to pick up our order & discovered the subs had been sitting out for over 2 hours. As you may know, leaving mayo out at room temperature for more than two hours causes food poisoning, especially if it's a warm day (Friday, May 30th 2025, 24C). We requested new subs for health & safety concerns only to be made to pay. IF this Subway location would have listened to the answering messages at a reasonable time, or answered their phone when we called, our subs would have not spoiled. We were told that we had to speak with the manager on Monday about this issue as staff did not have the ability to process refunds or had contact information to the manager. Yes, I realize the error was our fault for not realizing the pick-up time until after we had placed the app order but we had attempted to contact them immediately to notify our error & intended time. It is on management to have a direct phone line to allow customers to call & make corrections. Also, requesting for new subs to be made is NOT an unreasonable request due to food health & safety concerns. I have witnessed other fast food chains (Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, etc.) take the time to make a fresh meal if the meal was not received more than 20 minutes & with no extra charge to the customer. At this time, at this location, we are greatly disappointed. We hope things change...

The girl who served us lacked basic skills and general manners! First time ever I felt so uncomfortable while placing a food order at the store. This girl made me feel as if I was asking something for free!
I am a regular patron of Subway. Visited this particular outlet on Sep 21, 8pm with my kids. We were 5 of us the order was for 5 ppl. This girl is in the wrong job. No basic manners, no courtesy!
I asked for a footlong for my twins and the very instant she said "you will have to pay separately for 2 6inches". Nothing wrong in saying this, but the tone. wow! Hey girl, if you are reading this - please know that this is not how you talk to your customers!
For the owner - please hire ppl carefully and train them properly.

Added a photo which doesn't do it justice since its got mayo on it....Scraped it all off my sandwich and can only hope there's no stomach issues tomorrow...will NOT be back to this location EVER!
Ordered two soups (one large, one regular) and ordered subs for takeout. Get into the car and discover the two soups are only filled halfway. We go back in and are met with a rude response. "That's all the soup I have left"...and refused to do anything about it. DON'T SERVE AND FULLY CHARGE FOR SOUP IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TO SELL!! VERY rude employee, severely disappointed as a long time customer at this location.
