My daughter loves (loved) playing at Funworx and we have spent a lot of money here over the past 3 years. I must say that I am very unhappy about the state that this place is in; compared to when we first went. This place is in shambles and I feel is very unsafe to kids of all ages. There are exposed metal bars, rips, tears and worn out equipment. Zip ties are hardly a solution to many of the issues this indoor playground is having. It is also getting very dirty.... who knows what that was on the ball in the ball pit. My daughter gets sick every time we go here now which is why we don't go very often. A lot of the games do not work either. I was super appalled when the gate to the fenced in toddler zone had a bicycle lock on it, preventing you to get out to use the washrooms that are "right there". Needless to say, my daughter (at 2.5 years old and potty training at the time) was rather upset about peeing her pants when we couldn't get out. We have been turned away in the summer time because Funworx was "too busy" (which is great and I appreciate the fair warning since I don't want my 3 year old getting trampled) but don't tell me that they don't have the money to put into cleaning and repairing the place and ensuring that the games work. Obviously, it's a huge success if it's getting worn out.... clean it up and fix it properly so our kids can continue to have a clean, safe indoor facility!!! I really hope to see an improvement very soon before i completely write this place off.

Same issues as all with all the other comments: dirty, broken and understaffed. In the soft-play area the ball shooting machines are all broken and many of the balls are missing and scattered around the play-zone area. We spent $40 on a pass to play the video games and most of them are missing joysticks or have broken materials inside the machine (attached photo of broken balls that are supposed to be 'caught' and a joystick missing from one of the rides). We had to spend a lot of time on the rides because someone had vomited in the play area and the staff had to go in and clean it up, which took a long time because there were not a lot of people staffed. Even non-functional, the game machines will still take your money, often allowing for a card to be swiped while still not providing a play experience. Overall a very disappointing day. I hope that this comment encourages upper management to fix the broken machines & play area and staff appropriate to volume.

Pretty decent. It was like $12 after tax for the kid to use the play structure for the whole day. They also have free Wi-Fi thats a decent speed which is a big plus. The structure itself I think is almost identical to when I used it as a kid in the 2000's, but is in overall OK condition (has rips here and there, but it's not like the kids care anyway). One thing to note is that when I went on a friday (12:30 - 3:30), the Pizza Pizza / food counter was not open. I don't know if they only open on certain days or certain times, but I could not find the service hours for it anywhere, so keep that in mind if you visit. Additionally, the Boston Pizza has an insanely good kids meal deal that's $8.99 and comes with an adult size drink, a main, a very large side, and a dessert. Overall, I would definitely bring my niece here again.

I did not give them 1 star just because kids enjoyed the one hour unlimited Arcade part. Otherwise, food was horrible. The pizza was there at least 15 mins before time (the pizza was very bad in quality too), coffee came in cups instead of pots and was left there way before the party time, there was no creamer or sugar, the veggie and fruit trays were smaller in size and no way that 5 people could share, there was no popcorn as said in the package, on the name of “unlimited” pop, two small jars were left. Overall, I felt ripped off by the food. If you cannot provide food, just stop taking these orders. For birthday parties, do not order additional foods from them.

a lot of fun and games options for all ages, food, and party rooms. Too crowded and there is not control of the number of people using playground and too many adults using it.
