After reading through your other negitive reviews it seems this is not the first time this young lady has shown she has absolutely no clue what the term customer service means.
Lets start out by saying there wasn't any other cars ahead of me in the drivethru, and there was no one in the store customer wise. In other words, there is nothing taking away the attention that should have been easily given to my order.
Simple. One coffee, 2 hashbrowns, one coffee.
I don't need to write out the whole bakc and fourth. Simply put, this young lady needs to go to the back of the store and stir coffee till she remembers or becomes trained on how to deal with the general public. I askd her to relax and please focus on taking my order, to which I got " EXCUSE ME!" As a reply... I was nowhere near rude or loud. I simply asked that she stopped whatever she is doing and focused on the task at hand. Which should go without saying for the person this location decides to put on drivethru window service.
A secondary lady came on the microphone and made the rest of the order taking process great. Thank you for that.
Upon getting my items and leaving, I go to pull away and my daughter says, that drive thru lady is hanging out the window yelling at you. How do they have someone like that working with the general public??
One, she is hanging and yelling out this locations drivethru window... Secondly, a 12 year old just make more customer service sence than this location seems to show.
I'm giving two starts because the ladies that work inside are never a problem, are always welcoming, get the order right and are great at customer service. They deserve at least some type of stars.
I'm removing three stars as this ( from other reviews ) is far from the first time this lady has been brought up yet this location does nothing to deal with the problem...
A week of buttering bagels might make her miss her drive thru window...

Walked in at 8am on a Saturday morning while I was waiting for my car to be serviced next door. Saw 6 employees trying to serve one walk-in customer in front of us and one customer in the drive-thru. After these two patrons were served, no one tried to take our order. Cars kept coming to the drive-thru (long after we had stepped inside and stood at a cashier) and not a single employee acknowledged us. Finally, the manager yelled for someone in the back to come out and serve us. I guess the 5 other employees already out front couldn't do this.....
I tried to order a plain oatmeal because it was listed on the menu and I was told they actual don't serve oatmeal "because their location is too small". Well then get it off your menu! I was told "the menu is a national menu and it is standard across all locations". Maybe this is Tim Hortons HQ's fault. Change this!
My partner tried to order a breakfast sandwich with a hashbrown and he was told they ran out of hashbrowns. "WE ARE NOT OUT OF HASHBROWNS!" the manager yelled. Alrighty then...
After the food was made, my partner was handed the wrong food order. When he asked for his breakfast sandwich he didn't get a hashbrown. Can't say I'm surprised!
Because it was raining we decided to stay inside the Tims to wait for our car next door. I don't know what expectations I had for this experience given the ordering fiasco we just had. I come here and order my slightly complicated hot drink (a large half coffee, half white hot chocolate, 1 cream, 1 sugar) but may have to repeat my order 3 times before the drive-thru can understand me. The drive-thru employees ask for your order but aren't really listening when you place the order. As stated above, I ordered a half and half coffee, repeated 3 times my drink, and I'll be served a disgusting, straight-up black coffee.
Lethargic and inexplainable and it was on purpose.
AVOID THIS LOCATION AS THERE ARE MANY, MANY OTHERS that are atleast decent with the service. Lol
A civilian parked at this Tim Hortons a while ago got upset when someone told him he is in 2 parking spots and asked him to kindly move within only 1 parking spot.... That guy almost assaulted the kind person for asking even though it was an extremely busy day for the parking lot at the Tim Hortons and he had no right to take up 2 parking spots. Point is that its not just the employees but also the people that hang around this Tim Hortons are angry a**holes!
Recommendation is to boycott for the hopes that they remove current management and employees at this location and get...
